BEFORE & AFTER
KITCHEN
Fresh coat of paint, recessed lighting, tile flooring, and new ceiling tiles were added throughout all spaces. Cabinetry and fixtures were updated in the kitchen for a more functional feel and look.
BATHROOMS
Toilets, vanities, and mirrors were replaced to match the updated design of the spaces.
OFFICES/CONFERENCE ROOM
Removed wall to maximize space for conference area and enlarge owner’s suite. Glass wall was added to conference room. Office furnishings and new carpeted flooring were selected to match overall design.
EXTERIOR
Double entry was converted to single entryway. Flat roof and all windows were replaced. Exterior was painted and landscaping was updated. Custom cypress front door and columns were created and stained. Sophisticated security system was added for connivence and protection.
